This dual-rail automatic PCB receiving machine adopts a sheet metal and aluminum alloy combined structure, with a stable and robust body, good safety protection, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation in the workshop.

A three-point pneumatic positioning and clamping design firmly fixes the material tray position, ensuring neat and non-shifting board collection; the top-opening design facilitates daily inspection and maintenance, making upkeep simple and worry-free.

This unit handles the automatic loading and unloading of PCBs in SMT lines. It cuts down on manual board handling, reduces the chance of ESD or mechanical damage, and keeps the line moving at a steady pace. Works with single and dual-lane conveyor setups.

Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.
Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
