II. Equipment Features:

Stepper motor paired with ball screw lifting transmission provides precise, quiet lifting and stable operation even after prolonged use. PLC intelligent control system with touchscreen operation, featuring self-diagnostic prompts for easy operation, even for beginners. Hand-cranked ball screw track adjustment allows for precise and smooth width adjustment, compatible with various PCB materials. Dual audible and visual alarms provide timely fault alerts, minimizing production line downtime. Standard SMEMA universal communication interface allows for seamless integration with upstream and downstream SMT production lines.
III. Application Scenarios
Post-Installation Flipping Process: The circuit board automatically flips after insertion, enabling separate surface mount operations for both sides, meeting the needs of double-sided component soldering production.
Finished Product Inspection Flipping: After surface mount soldering, the board is flipped, facilitating comprehensive quality inspection of components and circuitry on the back of the circuit board by inspection equipment, controlling product yield.
Circuit Board Rework: Quick flipping during soldering defect repairs allows repair personnel to easily disassemble and reassemble components on the back, significantly improving rework efficiency.
Adhesive Dispensing and Curing Flipping: Automatic flipping after adhesive dispensing on the back ensures the adhesive cures naturally without dripping, preserving dispensing accuracy and subsequent processes.

This equipment handles board movement, flipping, or buffering within automated SMT lines. It helps reduce the number of times an operator needs to touch a board, which lowers the risk of damage and keeps cycle times predictable.
We are based in Dongguan, China and have been building automation equipment since 2008. Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. Most of our buyers are electronics manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and appliance producers.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.
Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
