* Post-Reflow Soldering Stage: Receives PCBs output from the reflow oven, automatically and neatly stacks and stores them, replacing manual board handling, avoiding high-temperature burns and board collisions, and improving production efficiency and product yield.
* Multi-Process Post-Stage: Adapts to the automatic collection of PCBs after multiple processes such as pattern transfer, etching, and solder masking, ensuring smooth transitions between processes and reducing manual handling losses.

This unit handles the automatic loading and unloading of PCBs in SMT lines. It cuts down on manual board handling, reduces the chance of ESD or mechanical damage, and keeps the line moving at a steady pace. Works with single and dual-lane conveyor setups.
We are based in Dongguan, China and have been building automation equipment since 2008. Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.
Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
