This SMT PCB receiving machine, model OK-AU-460, is an extra-large wide-format single-rail receiving device specifically designed for large-format PCB circuit boards. The entire machine features a closed sheet metal frame with a unibody aluminum alloy construction, offering high protection and durability. It is equipped with a stepper motor + ball screw lifting structure, a mature PLC control system, and a high-definition touchscreen display. The machine comes standard with three-point pneumatic positioning clamping, a hand-cranked screw width adjustment structure, built-in push-board damage protection, dual audible and visual alarm functions, and a standard SMEMA communication interface. It adopts a dual-frame cyclic operation mode with a 20-second rapid frame change.
