This series of L-type PCB feeders includes two models: the OK-LX-250 standard model and the OK-LX-330 widened model. Also commonly referred to as board feeders or material handlers, they are specifically designed for automatic PCB board feeding. The equipment adopts an L-shaped corner structure, adapting to corner connections on production lines, making efficient use of workshop dead corners and saving space. The entire machine uses a sheet metal and aluminum alloy enclosed body, equipped with a stepper motor and ball screw lifting structure and a PLC intelligent control system, ensuring stable output, low noise operation, and a low failure rate. The equipment features a dual-frame rotation operation mode, allowing for a 20-second rapid frame change without downtime, automatically transporting PCB boards to the downstream equipment, replacing manual feeding, reducing board contamination, lowering labor costs, and adapting to the entire production line process including SMT, DIP, inspection, and packaging.
