I. Product Introduction
This corner PCB feeding machine is a non-standard, general-purpose automated feeding device for SMT (Surface Mount Technology). It is available in two specifications: the standard model OK-LX-250 and the enlarged model OK-LX-330. The machine adopts an L-shaped corner structure, specifically designed to solve the problem of limited workshop space and the inability to place it on straight production lines, making it suitable for various curved production lines. The entire machine uses a sheet metal and aluminum alloy sealed body, making it robust and shock-resistant. It features a stepper motor and ball screw lifting system combined with a PLC intelligent control system, ensuring a constant feeding rhythm and low noise and vibration operation. The machine comes standard with a dual-frame rotating station, allowing for a 20-second rapid frame change without downtime. Combined with a flexible pusher protection structure, it reduces PCB board scratches and chipping defects from the source. Highly versatile, it can be adapted to the entire production line from SMT, through-hole assembly, testing, to packaging.
