This OK-LX-330S L-type rear-exit PCB receiving machine is a corner-type automatic receiving device, specifically designed for medium to large-sized PCBs. It adopts an L-shaped corner structure and rear-exit layout, adaptable to workshop corners, narrow workstations, and irregularly shaped production line layouts. The machine body uses a sheet metal and aluminum alloy enclosed structure, equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and a stepper ball screw lifting structure, ensuring smooth and precise operation. The equipment features a standard SMEMA communication interface, allowing seamless integration with reflow soldering, component insertion lines, and various post-processing steps. It automatically completes the board collection and stacking, replacing manual receiving, optimizing workshop workflow, reducing production losses, and is suitable for automated production operations of various medium to large-sized PCBs.

- Reflow Soldering Back-End Receiving: The equipment connects to the reflow soldering outlet port, automatically collecting high-temperature reflow circuit boards and neatly stacking them. This replaces manual high-temperature board removal, avoiding safety hazards and improving board cleanliness and production efficiency.

- Multi-process aggregation: Suitable for the later stages of processing such as pattern transfer, etching, and solder masking, automatically aggregating finished boards and connecting upstream and downstream production processes to ensure uninterrupted production line operation.

- DIP insertion production line: Located at the end of the insertion process, automatically collecting finished circuit boards and neatly storing them in the material frame, providing pre-positioning for subsequent wave soldering, testing, and packaging processes.
