I. Product Introduction
The 9M chain-type SMT parallel transfer machine is specifically designed for cross-line transfer of PCB circuit boards. It allows for flexible switching between multiple workstations for material loading and unloading. The machine boasts stable load-bearing capacity and smooth operation. Both dimensions and loading/unloading modes can be customized to meet specific needs. It is suitable for the horizontal transfer and transfer of materials in SMT placement and through-hole assembly lines.

III. Equipment Basics
Following SMT industry standard equipment production standards, the machine height is compatible with mainstream pick-and-place machines, insertion lines, reflow soldering equipment, etc. Installation is simple and daily maintenance is convenient. It is a standard equipment for cross-station transfer of electronic production lines, and its versatility covers most conventional PCB production lines.
IV. Equipment Features
Multiple infeed/outfeed specifications can be freely selected, with three infeed/outfeed layouts that can be flexibly switched. One machine can replace multiple simple transfer machines, saving production line space. The chain drive structure is wear-resistant and does not easily slip during long-term continuous operation, suitable for heavy-duty and high-frequency transfer conditions in component insertion lines. It precisely adapts to small and medium-sized PCBs with board widths of 50-280mm and board lengths ≤450mm, ensuring smooth transport of narrow and small boards without jamming. Full-dimensional non-standard customization is available, with tailor-made designs for irregularly shaped production lines and special layouts, suitable for niche non-standard production lines.
V. Application Scenarios
Widely used in SMT assembly lines, electronic component insertion lines, and PCB assembly lines for the lateral transfer of PCB boards between different process equipment, enabling material flow between two or more production lines. It completes cross-station connection, diversion, and merging operations for boards, suitable for the batch production and transfer of small and medium-sized precision circuit boards.

This machine runs in PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing lines, handling tasks within the SMT production workflow. It is built for factories that need consistent output and minimal unscheduled stops.

Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
