Is the transparent cover prone to scratches or fogging?
We use high transparency and scratch resistant PET or equally high transparency PP material for the cover. For the problem of condensation after refrigeration, we can provide an anti fog coating (optional) to effectively reduce water mist and maintain a transparent display effect.
Will the "finger position" design weaken the sealing or firmness of the packaging?
can't. The finger position is an ergonomic concave guiding design made on the lid edge based on the buckle structure. It does not change the tightness of the buckle itself, but only provides a force point for the fingers, making the opening action more effortless and precise, thus protecting the integrity of the packaging structure and pastry making.
Can we support sample confirmation? How long is the production cycle?
