Q1: How long can the anti fog effect of the anti fog cover last? Can it be reused?
A: The anti fog coating has passed 500 switch tests and the effect lasts for more than 6 months; The lid is designed for one-time use. If it needs to be reused, it is recommended to upgrade to PC material (which increases the cost).
Q2: Is the black PP tray easy to dye? How to clean?
A: PP material has strong resistance to oil stains and can be removed by rinsing with clean water. It does not turn yellow after long-term use; Avoid contact with strong acid and alkali cleaning agents.
Q3: How is the sealing of the lid? Does it support microwave heating?
A: The cover is made of Ps material and is only suitable for refrigeration or room temperature. It cannot be microwaved; If microwave heating is required, a PP material fully sealed cover can be customized (without anti fog function).
Q4: Can the tray be customized with compartments? For example, sushi and sauce partitioning?

A: PP pallets can be recycled and reused; If an environmental upgrade is required, it can be replaced with a PLA bio based tray+PETG anti fog cover (degradation cycle 12-18 months).
Q6: Does the anti fog cover affect the sealing performance?
A: The anti fog coating only acts on the inside of the cover, and the sealing performance of the four side buckle structure remains unchanged, preventing juice from overflowing. Additional customized heat sealing film can be used to strengthen the seal.
