The RS214A series flush diaphragm ceramic piezoresistive sensor core is crafted from high-quality alumina ceramic, integrated with stable sensitive materials. It undergoes advanced manufacturing processes, including screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.

Temperature Compensation: The sensitive element includes an internal temperature compensation circuit, which is laser-trimmed to ensure minimal temperature drift (≤0.02% FS/°C) within the standard operating range (-20°C to 85°C).
