This 7mm small module gear is engineered for rechargeable hand electric drill gearboxes, delivering stable torque transmission for power tool milling applications. Manufactured from 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo or 45# alloy steel with carburizing, quenching and tempering heat treatment, the gear features a hardened bright surface with ISO 6-7 accuracy grade.
With module up to 4 and customizable tooth counts (standard Z=10), it meets the precision and durability requirements of compact power tool drives, including electric drill and gear milling systems. Backed by 30 years of gear manufacturing experience and ISO9001 certified production, we accept custom drawings such as GRC5 and offer tailored small module gear solutions for OEM projects.
