Spiral Bevel 20CrMnTi Gear Set for High-Precision Transmission Power Drive Systems
Spiral bevel gear is a high-precision bevel gear that realizes 90° staggered axis transmission with arc spiral tooth traces. Compared with straight bevel gears, it features smoother transmission, higher load capacity and lower noise. Widely used in reducers, differentials, steering mechanisms, machine tools, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, etc., it achieves vertical power transmission, speed reduction and torque increase, serving as a core component of high-end transmission systems.

Replace gears in pairs if wear or pitting is excessive.
Stop immediately if abnormal noise, vibration or overheating occurs.
