Over-torque and overload drilling are strictly prohibited to avoid gear impact fracture.
Dry running without oil is forbidden to prevent high-temperature burning and rapid wear of tooth surfaces.
Striking the tooth surface during installation is not allowed to avoid tooth deformation and accuracy reduction.
Prevent dust, iron chips and sediment from entering the gearbox to avoid abrasive wear.
Avoid excessively high working temperature to prevent grease failure and increased wear.
Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, jitter or abnormal speed occurs.
Gears must be replaced in pairs when severely worn or chipped.
