Hobbing/milling: semi-finish tooth profile with grinding allowance reserved
Carburizing & quenching: surface strengthening to improve hardness and wear resistance
Low-temperature tempering: eliminate internal stress and stabilize dimensions
Precision gear grinding: CNC grinding for tooth profile, lead and pitch
Deburring & cleaning: remove burrs, oil stains and impurities
Accuracy inspection: full inspection of tooth error, backlash, hardness and dimensions
Anti-rust treatment & packaging: oil immersion anti-rust and vacuum packaging
Cautions
Overload and over-speed operation are strictly prohibited to avoid gear impact fracture
Oil shortage and dry grinding are forbidden to prevent tooth wear, ablation and accuracy failure
Striking tooth surface during installation is not allowed to avoid tooth profile and precision damage
Prevent foreign matters from entering joint cavity to avoid abrasive wear
Operating temperature must not exceed the range of -40℃~120℃
Replace gears in pairs timely when wear or backlash exceeds standard
Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, vibration or overheating occurs
Keep storage environment dry and ventilated to prevent corrosion from affecting precision
