Material & Heat Treatment Advantages
20CrMnTi Steel: This carburizing-grade alloy provides an excellent balance of toughness, hardenability, and fatigue resistance. The addition of chromium, manganese, and titanium ensures a stable, fine-grained microstructure, critical for high-performance gear applications.
Carburizing & Quenching: Our proprietary heat treatment process creates a hard, wear-resistant surface layer (0.8–1.5mm deep) while maintaining a tough, ductile core. This combination prevents tooth surface fatigue and core fracture, even under extreme loads.
Precision Grinding: Post-heat treatment grinding ensures tight tooth profile and pitch tolerances, resulting in smooth meshing, low noise, and efficient power transmission.
