Automatic Thread Trimming 20CrMnTi Sewing Machine Gear Set for Apparel Production

Automatic thread trimming lockstitch machine gears are precision core transmission parts for high-speed single/double-needle automatic thread trimming lockstitch machines, including spur gears, helical gears, lower shaft thread trimming gears, bevel gears, duplex gears and gear shafts. They are compatible with computer direct-drive, high-speed servo, automatic presser foot lift/reverse stitch/thread trimming integrated models. Made of 40Cr/20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel with quenching & tempering + induction hardening, they feature high speed & low noise, wear & impact resistance, fast trimming response and precise transmission. They transmit power for the main shaft, feeding, tooth lifting, reverse stitching and lower shaft thread trimming mechanism, ensuring synchronized sewing and trimming, neat stitches and stable thread end residue (≤3.5mm). They are key vulnerable parts of automatic lockstitch machines.
