Cautions

  • Gears must be used as matched pairs; individual replacement is not recommended.
  • Strict installation accuracy is required: shaft alignment, center distance, and perpendicularity must meet specifications.
  • Correct installation orientation: left-hand and right-hand gears must not be reversed.
  • Lubrication requirements: use the recommended gear oil or circulating lubrication system.
  • Oil temperature control: maintain operating temperature between 40°C and 80°C; maximum temperature should not exceed 100°C.
