This specialized equipment is designed for sealing and disassembling coin cells in laboratory settings. The standard configuration includes one mold (either sealing or disassembling) with manual rocker-driven hydraulic pump operation.
Operation involves placing the cell into the mold and using the hand rocker drive, which automatically closes the upper and lower molds for battery sealing. This equipment is ideal for laboratory battery material research, sample production of coin cells, capacitor research sealing, and small batch trial production in factory environments.
Additional applications include dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, pressing molding, and riveting using different molds. The disassembling mold enables complete disassembly of cathode and anode cell shells after button battery sealing, facilitating study and analysis of battery internal materials.
