II. Equipment Introduction
|
This equipment can meet the production of pouch cell top,side sealing,vacuum pre-sealing,vacuum second sealing,electrolyte injection,vacuum standing. |

| 1.Top and side sealing section | The top and side sealing section is transmitted to the sealing head (copper)through the resistance heating tube,using the heat conduction effect on the packaging material of lithium battery (aluminum laminated film),under a certain pressure,so that it is heated and softened close to the molten state to complete the pressing and fusing.And not to change the mold to achieve the top and side sealing.Equipment production workflow,confirm to turn on the air switch,start the power supply,set the upper and lower temperature control instrument to the specified value.When the temperature reaches the specified value,toggle the switch to automatic,place the cell to the sealing position,tap the switch and the equipment will run. | ||
| 2.Vacuum pre-sealing and vacuum second sealing section |
2.1.First,the upper and lower cavities are used to form a closed cavity,and then the cavity is vacuumed to form a negative pressure state,and the gas in the cell is discharged by cutting through the pre-encapsulated gas strip part,and the upper and lower cavities are used to form a closed cavity,and then the cavity is vacuumed to form a negative pressure state,and then the packaging material (aluminum laminated film)of the lithium pouch cell is heated and softened close to the molten state andfused together by using the heat conduction effect on the sealing head. 2.2.This equipment is mainly suitable for vacuumizing and hot pressing packaging of pouch cell after electrolyte injection and standing;sealing head made of copper material,heat transfer effect is good,save power consumption,improve work efficiency,energy saving than similar equipment;The upper and lower head pressure can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve to achieve different process parameters. 2.3.The upper and lower heads are driven by air cylinders and guided by two straight guide sleeves,so that the upper and lower heads can move flexibly and guide accurately to meet the requirements of parallelism after edge sealing;Waste liquid recovery device.Guided by straight guide sleeve,flexible up and down movement, accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements. |

| 3.Electrolyte injection and vacuum standing section |
The cell is erected in the fixture,and the rotary plunger metering method is adopted to realize the continuous and precise measurement of liquid.Small size,precise injection,can be used independently in the glove box for manual injection.After the liquid injection is completed,the pressure plate is closed artificially,and the lower cavity is fastened to form a closed cavity.(Time can be set)When the cavity is not opened,the secondary air is extracted to form -70kpa stop for a period of time (time can be set).The third vacuum is pumped in the same action to reach -95kpa negative pressure state so that the air in the cell is excluded.The second trapezoidal vacuuming method is to avoid the electrolyte being pumped out in large quantities,but also to make the electrolyte completely penetrated. |

III.Equipment characteristics 1.Integrated design,the main body of the equipment can be placed in the glove box. 2.It is suitable for top seal,side seal,one seal,two seal,liquid injection and vacuum standing process of medium and small soft pack lithium electronic battery. 3.Maintain good vacuum degree to ensure the moisture content of battery products. 4.Two perspective Windows are designed,through which changes in the cavity can be observed during operation. 5.Use button switch to control cylinder action,driven by PLC. 6 Compatible with 6 functions,to achieve a multi-purpose machine. |
