Technical Features:
1. TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) Technology
TFT LCD: Thin-film transistor technology is a type of active matrix LCD where each pixel is controlled by a transistor. This results in better image quality with sharper colors and faster refresh rates than older passive matrix LCDs.
Backlighting: The screen uses an LED backlight that helps illuminate the screen, making it visible in various lighting conditions.
Viewing Angle: TFT screens have decent viewing angles, but they may not be as wide as more advanced screen technologies like IPS (In-Plane Switching).
2. Interface Options
SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface): The most common interface for these screens, especially in embedded systems. It uses fewer pins than parallel communication, making it a good option for microcontrollers with limited I/O pins (like Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
Parallel: Some 3.2-inch TFT LCDs use parallel communication, which requires more pins but provides faster data transfer. It's often used for projects requiring higher refresh rates.
