We call it Geophone Cable or Geophysical Cable but you will call it reliable. Available in 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 Channel versions you can order exactly the spread size you need. The 7.2 mm outer diameter (for 32 cores) gives you a tough jacket that resists cuts and abrasion while remaining light enough for one person to handle.

Connectors are often the first thing to fail. Our NK-27K and 24-61 (Optional) types are field proven for thousands of connections without loosening. For the geophone takeouts you have two options. The Muller Take-out Molded Type has no seams or gaps where dirt can enter. It is the fit and forget solution. The Split Spring Take-out Ordinary Type lets you open, replace, and close a takeout in less than two minutes using only a small screwdriver. Both options are available with Lead-in Lengths you choose (5 m, 10 m, or any custom length) and Interval Distances you choose (5 m, 10 m, or custom spacing). The temperature rating from -40°C to +70°C means one cable works everywhere.

Why Low Noise Means Fewer Repeat Surveys
Repeating a line because of noisy data wastes time and money. Our High-Resolution Seismic Exploration design prevents that. Each channel features an independent 32-bit high-precision A/D converter which eliminates electrical crosstalk. You get ultra-high sampling rates up to 250 kHz for sharp images. Extremely low background noise (≤ 0.15 μV) ensures weak signals are not lost. An exceptionally wide dynamic range (>140 dB) means strong and weak arrivals live together in the same record. This is what ensuring precise capture of faint signals and complete preservation of high-frequency details looks like. The result is true high signal-to-noise ratio and high-resolution seismic imaging that processes cleanly and interprets confidently.

Passive Surveys Reduce Permitting Hassle
Getting permits for hammers or explosives can delay projects for weeks. Our Natural Source Surface Wave Exploration method bypasses that problem. It uniquely uses natural-source surface wave energy including microtremor and ambient noise. Because it requires no artificial seismic sources you get safety, efficiency, zero disturbance, and zero pollution. The software rapidly inverts shear wave velocity profiles (Vs(z)) for precise stratigraphic delineation from several metres to hundreds of metres. This is the smart choice for urban shallow structure surveys and site classification where noise and safety regulations are tight.

Expand Your Channel Count Without Replacing Everything
Your business grows and you need more channels. Our Multi-Unit Collaborative Operations lets you link multiple instrument modules. They communicate using wireless ad-hoc networking technology for real time data transmission (optional ad-hoc wireless repeater available). Synchronization is maintained with GPS high-precision timing synchronisation (≤ 1 μs) for surface surveys or OCXO time-keeping synchronisation (long-term drift < 0.1 ppm) for long passive records. This capability enables construction of large arrays, long lines, and distributed observation systems allowing you to bid on bigger projects.

Triggering That Just Works
Our Intelligent Triggering System gives you simple reliable choices. Use physical triggering for hammer switches. Use time triggering for GPS scheduled shots. For automatic monitoring use intelligent triggering via arbitrary channel threshold level triggering (set polarity and delay) or STA/LTA real-time signal self-triggering great for microseismic events. This system ensures comprehensive synchronisation, integrity, and automation of data acquisition so every shot is recorded correctly the first time.
