1.Product Introduction-HDPE Geocell
HDPE Geocell is a three-dimensional mesh structure made of long strips of plastic material by ultrasonic welding. When unfolded, it is a three-dimensional mesh structure, and sometimes it can be perforated according to customer needs. The height, weld distance, and plate thickness of the geocell have a significant impact on its engineering performance; in engineering, different types of geocells can form cushions with different bonding strengths, reinforcement strengths, and thicknesses. These cushions can be laid in the required positions according to engineering needs and are used to reinforce the roadbed, slopes, protection, and retaining walls of highways and railways. The width of the strip is the height of the geocell. When the geocell is not unfolded, the distance between the two welds on the same side of the plate is the weld distance.

3.HDPE Geocell Applications:
1. It protects the soil from wind and rain erosion before grass grows;
2. It keeps grass seeds stably distributed on the slope to avoid erosion;
3. The black mat can fully absorb heat energy, increase ground moisture, promote seed germination, and extend the growth cycle of plants;
4. HDPE Geocells are a restraint system that performs better than traditional gravel sections. It provides a convenient technology for channel construction on soft soil foundations and is not adversely affected by wet weather conditions. Geocells can also be used to reinforce paved areas.
5. Slope protection.In slope protection applications, HDPE geocells can be filled with angular rocks, concrete or vegetation soil. When filled with vegetation soil or rock, the system is permeable, thereby reducing water loss.
