Introduce
Copper tube is one of the core equipment of CCM continuous billet casters. It solidifies and rapidly crystallizes the high-temperature liquid steel to form steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the liquid steel in the copper mold is cooled into shapes, the casting is then pulled out, and the sheets are divided into predetermined lengths by a flame cutter (torch cutter). Molten steel is cast directly into mold copper tubes in which billets are continuously cooled and formed.
