5754 aluminium is a widely used 5000 series aluminum alloy in Europe and other regions
for enclosed trailers (cargo trailers, caravans, etc). It offers an excellent balance of strength,
weldability, and corrosion resistance, make it ideal for structural and non-structural trailer
components.

Contains ~3% Magnesium (Mg), forming a protective oxide layer.
Resists salt, humidity, and road chemicals.
Better than 6xxx alloys (eg., 6061) in harsh environments.
Stronger than 5052 but lighter than steel.
Suitable for walls, roofs, and flooring without excessive weight.
Easily welded (no cracking issues, unlike 6000 series alloys).
Can be rolled, bent, and stamped into complex shapes.
