3104 aluminum alloy belongs to the Al-Mn series, offering excellent formability, moderate
strength, and good corrosion resistance. lt is a primary material for manufacturing aluminum
beverage cans, widely used for beers, sodas, and juices. Its strength and corrosion resistance
ensure beverage freshness and safety,while the lightweight nature of aluminum contributes to
transportation efficiency.

Our Workshop
All the melting and holding furnaces are supplied by GAUTSCHI (Switzerland)
1+1+4 hot rolling mills and 1+5 hot rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany).

Automatic Aluminum Coil Wrapping Machine
1) Less manual work, faster and easier packaging.
2) Accurate control for neat, consistent wrapping every time.
3) Tightly wrapped coils stay secure and are easy to transport.
All Automatic Three-dimensional Elevated Warehouse
♦ Smart Storage: it can automatically handles high-temperature coils from hot and cold rolling,
monitoring their temperature at the same time.

Alloy Ingot Storage Area
This area is used to store different types of alloy ingots.
Materials are neatly stacked for easy tracing and handling, ready for use before rolling.
Ocean Shipping
1) We use cushioning materials between the coil and wall, and tighten everything with specialized
lashing straps.
2) we place non-slip wooden blocks under each coil to prevent any movement during the shipping.
3) It has the waterproof layer inside the package, we also put many desiccants in the container,
to protect the cargo from moisture
