1. Product Overview

AZ prepainted color steel coil is used where an aluminum-zinc coated steel substrate and a finished painted surface are both required in one material. This product is suitable for roofing sheets, wall cladding, façade panels, and general building sheet fabrication where corrosion resistance, appearance, and forming compatibility need to be considered together.

The top side uses 15–20 micron polyester with 5 micron primer. The back side uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester with 5 micron primer.
