1．Product Overview

900mm corrugated galvanized steel sheet is used for roofing, wall cladding, corrugated metal siding panels, container plates, construction panels, home appliance panels, industrial buildings, and general steel structure projects.

The product can be supplied as color coated, painted, big spangle, regular spangle, or zero spangle surface. The corrugated wave profile improves sheet rigidity, while galvanized or color coated surface options support corrosion resistance and architectural appearance.

2．Technical Solution

The corrugated metal panel is produced from galvanized or color coated steel sheet according to GBT2518-2008, ASTM A653, JIS G3302-1998, and EN 10142-2000 standards.

Material grades include SGCC, DX51D, DX53D, DX54D, Q195, Q235, and Q345. Zinc coating from Z60 to Z275 can be supplied according to customer requirements.

For color coated corrugated roofing sheets, material can also be supplied according to JIS G3322 CGLCC, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 DX51D+AZ, with AZ coating from 50g/m² to 180g/m². The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, and the back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Customized thickness, width, length, surface finish, zinc coating, AZ coating, color, shape, wave width, and wave height can be supplied according to project requirements.
