1．Product Overview

17mm pre painted corrugated roofing sheet is used for construction roofing, wall cladding, workshops, agricultural warehouses, residential precast units, electrical appliance panels, furniture panels, container decoration, and general building material applications.

The product is manufactured from zinc coated or aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet with color coated surface. The 76mm wave width and 17mm wave height improve panel rigidity, while the top paint layer and primer support surface protection and color appearance for roofing and cladding use.

The roofing sheet is produced from PPGI corrugated sheet according to JIS, ASTM, GB, and BS standards.

Zinc coating options include Z20–Z275 and AZ30–AZ150. Painting thickness includes top side 10–20 microns, primer 5–7 microns, and back side 5–7 microns.

Each bare coil can be tied with steel bands through the coil eye and circumferential direction. Coil edge contact points can be protected with edge protectors, then wrapped with waterproof paper and metal outer wrapping for export shipment.
