1．Product Overview

Pre painted 17mm red corrugated roofing sheets are used for roofing, wall cladding, prefabricated houses, steel buildings, container manufacturing, household appliances, furniture, vehicles, vessels, and machinery structure parts.

The product is made from galvanised iron sheet or color coated steel sheet and formed into corrugated roofing panels. The 17mm wave height improves sheet rigidity, while the red pre painted surface provides decorative appearance and anti-rust protection for construction and roofing applications.

2．Technical Solution

The corrugated roofing sheet is produced from DX51D, DX52D, S350GD, or S550GD steel substrate according to ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS, or GB/T standards.

The coating process supports front double coated and double drying treatment. The back surface can be double coated and double dried or single coated and double dried according to project requirements.

Color options include standard red, blue, white, and grey, with special colors available according to RAL color requirements.
