１．Product Overview

EN10147 zero spangle hot dipped galvanized steel strip is used for welded pipes, construction roof panels, roof grilles, home appliance shells, kitchen utensils, automotive corrosion-resistant parts, refrigeration processing, storage systems, and packaging applications.

The product is manufactured through hot dip galvanizing, with zinc coating protection and passivated or oiled surface treatment. Zero spangle surface is suitable for applications requiring smoother appearance, while regular and big spangle options can also be supplied according to project requirements.

The steel strip is continuously coated with zinc through hot dip galvanizing to form a protective metallic layer on the steel surface.

Passivated and chromated treatment helps improve storage protection and reduce white rust risk during shipment. Oiled surface treatment supports temporary anti-rust protection and downstream processing.
