1．Product Overview

Pre painted steel sheet is used where a coated metallic substrate and a finished color surface are both required in one material. This product is suitable for building panels, façade sheets, roofing components, interior cladding, appliance panels, and fabricated sheet parts where surface appearance and downstream formability need to be controlled together.

The available size range covers 0.18–1.2mm thickness, 700–1250mm width, and 1500–5800mm length. Base metal options include galvanized steel, galvalume steel, and cold rolled steel, which allows the sheet to be selected according to corrosion environment, forming route, and project specification.

2．Technical Solution

The product uses a coil coating structure built on metallic substrate plus primer and finish coating.

The top side uses 15–20 micron polyester with 5 micron primer. The back side uses 5–7 micron, or 7–8 micron polyester with 5 micron primer. This coating build is relevant in actual use because surface finish stability depends not only on color selection but also on substrate type, primer layer, top coat thickness, and handling during fabrication.

Coating systems include PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF. In practical selection, the coating should be matched to the service environment, required appearance retention, and fabrication route. With or without top-side protective film can also be selected according to transport, storage, and installation requirements.
