0.45mm DX51D Z120 PE Pre Painted Corrugated Roofing Sheet is a profiled color-coated steel product designed for industrial workshops, warehouses, residential buildings, agricultural facilities, equipment shelters, and wall cladding systems.

The product uses DX51D galvanized steel as the substrate, with a total zinc coating weight of 120g/m². A polyester paint system is applied to the galvanized surface before the flat steel sheet is formed into a corrugated or trapezoidal roofing profile.

The 0.45mm thickness supports lightweight roofing construction and continuous roll-forming production. The RAL9002 color provides a neutral grey-white appearance suitable for industrial and commercial building projects.

２．Technical Solution

The galvanized steel substrate provides the primary metallic corrosion protection. The Z120 zinc coating forms a protective barrier over the base steel and provides sacrificial protection around cut edges and areas of minor coating damage.

Before painting, the galvanized surface is cleaned and chemically treated. A primer is applied to improve adhesion between the metallic coating and the PE top coat. The polyester coating provides color, surface protection, and resistance to normal atmospheric exposure.
