Dry Powder Dosing System
The Dry Powder Dosing System is designed for precise dissolution and injection of powdered chemicals into water or process lines. It is widely used in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and industrial processes for chemicals such as coagulants, flocculants, and disinfectants. The system ensures uniform solution concentration, accurate dosing, and stable operation.
Dry powder is stored in the hopper or tank.
The dosing device (screw feeder or pneumatic feeder) delivers powder at a controlled rate into the dissolution chamber.
Water or another solvent mixes with the powder to form a homogeneous solution.
The prepared solution is injected into the process water or pipeline through a dosing pump.
