Ultrafiltration (UF) System For Pure Water Treatment
The Ultrafiltration Membrane Filter for Pure Water Treatment is a high-efficiency separation device based on advanced polymer membrane technology. It effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and macromolecular organics, serving as a critical component in pure water and reverse osmosis pretreatment systems. With stable output and low energy consumption, it ensures reliable water purification for industrial applications.
Working Principle
Ultrafiltration operates through a physical sieving mechanism. Under applied pressure, water and small molecules pass through the membrane pores while suspended particles, colloids, and microorganisms are retained on the membrane surface. The system periodically performs automatic backwash and chemical cleaning (CIP) to maintain consistent permeability and extend membrane life.
