The glass or plastic on your meat display case should be transparent. This allows someone to look in and determine for themselves what meat they want to buy.
You should turn packages so they face the customer. Make sure the logo on each package is visible so the customer can recognize the brands in your display case. If the packages don’t have clear prices on them, you should put price tags next to them.
Your case should be low to the ground, which allows people in wheelchairs and short people to see things clearly. You can have shelves in your case to store meat, but make sure the shelves are at an angle so the meat is visible.
Separate Different Types of Meat
