ROPP Application Requirements: This product is an ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof) aluminum closure that requires a dedicated ROPP capping machine for roll-on forming. Please verify that your filling line is equipped with ROPP capping equipment or confirm equipment compatibility with your contract manufacturer before purchasing.
Neck Finish Compatibility: The precision of the fit between the aluminum closure and the glass bottle neck directly affects sealing performance. Ensure the bottle neck finish specifications match the selected closure (e.g., 30mm, 28mm, 31.5mm). We recommend submitting samples for compatibility testing prior to mass production.
Liner Selection for Oxygen Management: Standard products come with a PE-laminated liner. For wines intended for aging, we recommend multi-layer composite liners such as Saranex™ or Sarantin™, which allow for precise oxygen transmission rate control and eliminate the risk of cork taint (TCA odor).
