Plastic Ribbed Screw Cap 31.5mm with Double-Coated PE Liner for Olive Oil
Premium plastic ribbed screw caps engineered for commercial olive oil and liquid condiment packaging. Crafted from high-density, food-grade plastic, these caps feature an ergonomic vertical ribbed sidewall that guarantees an easy, non-slip grip even when handling oily bottles.
Inside, the cap is fitted with a specialized double-coated PE foam liner. The double-sided film barrier provides unmatched resistance to oil permeation, ensuring a long-lasting, airtight, and leak-proof seal that preserves the aroma, taste, and quality of premium extra virgin olive oils.

Important Precautions
Capping Machine Torque Calibration: For automatic capping lines, ensure that the capping head's torque is calibrated appropriately. Excessive torque can over-compress and damage the double-coated PE liner, while insufficient torque may fail to engage the liner's sealing properties against the glass rim.
Bottle Mouth Flatness Inspection: The double-coated PE liner relies on a flat, smooth glass bottle mouth to achieve a 100% airtight seal. Please ensure your glass bottles comply with standard quality tolerances (free of glass seams or chips on the rim). We highly recommend sourcing both glass bottles and caps from our factory for a guaranteed seamless fit.
Storage Environment Guidelines: Keep bulk stock in a cool, dry warehouse below 35°C (95°F) and away from direct sunlight. High temperatures can cause plastic distortion or affect the elasticity of the PE foam liner.
Sterilization and Washing Temperature: If the caps need to undergo sanitization before bottling, please use chemical sanitizing methods or cool-water washes. Do not subject the caps to high-temperature steam autoclaving (above 65°C / 149°F), as excessive heat can deform the plastic PP shell and cause the double-coated film on the PE liner to delaminate.
