Manufactured with uniform soda-lime glass composition to deliver a guaranteed thermal shock tolerance of ΔT ≥ 42°C. Model CY-825 easily withstands standard 85°C–90°C hot-fill juice processing and subsequent cold spray cooling without thermal cracking.
Features an uninterrupted 80mm vertical cylindrical labeling panel with perpendicularity strictly held within ±0.8mm. Fully optimized for high-speed automated wet-glue, pressure-sensitive self-adhesive, or full-body shrink sleeve labeling systems.
Formulated with ultra-low iron silica sand to yield pure crystal-clear flint glass. It brilliantly highlights pristine artesian waters, cold-pressed raw juice hues, and pre-mixed cocktail colors without greenish distortion.
