Brief Introduction 

 

Bottle glass are generally made of 7-12 kinds of material, such as silica sand, sodium carbonate, limestone,dolomite,feldspar, borax, barium etc. 

After several kinds of technical process throught the line, the raw materials are formed to bottle glass as client's requirement. 

 

Technical Proecss

 

Batching: Weighing and mixing of raw materials, and transport to the hopper at the melting furnace.

 

Melting: Melting of mixed raw materials about 1,550 oC in the melting furnace.

 

Feeding: Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.

 

Annealing: Annealing of bottles as they leave the glass bottle-forming machine

 

Inspection: After annealing in the lehr, a bottle is strictly checked on Automatic inspection machine and visually
