1. Brief Introduction of Furnace Firing System Industrial Combustion System Heating Energy
The system has been applied to more than one hundred different furnaces, which can save 20%-35% in energy compared to the common combustion system.
The supply of natural gas is adjustd for every burner port by control valve, which can be controlled sepeartely.
All delivered utility stations of the combustion system are pre-assembled, tested and commissioning completed in JEFFER’s factory to reduce erection time on side and avoid misassemble to a minimum.

3. Combustion Air System
The combustion air supply system supplies air for natural gas combustion process, the air flows into the regenerator via the air reversal system.
The combustion air is preheated in the regeneartor before combined with natural gas.
It is high efficiency to recovery the waste heat, the combustion air can be preheated tMaterialo 1200~1350°C.
