Raw material particle size, humidity and purity directly determine furnace melting efficiency, clarification effect and finished glass yield. All glass raw materials are scientifically divided into two categories:

• Main Skeletal Raw Materials: Silica sand, feldspar, dolomite, limestone, soda ash, constituting the basic structural components of glass.
• Functional Auxiliary Raw Materials: Fining agents, decolorizers, colorants, oxidants, fluxing agents and reducing agents, used to adjust melting speed, eliminate bubbles and optimize glass color and performance.

All raw material silos are arranged in a straight line, and the weighed materials are transported to the mixing station through long-distance belt conveyors. Adopts three-dimensional vertical compact design, applicable to plants with limited site area and capacity expansion projects. Weighing equipment and mixers are installed vertically, relying on gravity to complete material blanking, which saves conveying energy consumption, shortens batching cycle, and features high efficiency and small floor space.

• Anti-bridging feeding structure: Pneumatic vibrators and flexible discharge valves are installed at the silo outlet, with multi-stage fast-medium-slow feeding control to balance batching speed and ultra-high precision
• Twin-shaft wear-resistant mixer: Lined with high-strength wear-resistant materials to resist long-term abrasion of quartz sand; automatic lubrication system prolongs equipment service life
