5. Glass Melting Core Process
Four sequential physicochemical stages guarantee bubble‑free and homogeneous molten glass for tableware production.
Silicate Formation. Raw batch materials are heated to trigger solid‑state chemical reactions. Gases are released and sinter mixture composed of silicates and silica is generated.
Glass Melt Formation. Sinter materials melt into liquid glass phase, while large amount of bubbles and uneven chemical composition still exist inside molten glass.
Fining Degassing. Continuous high temperature heating reduces glass viscosity, enabling trapped gas and visible bubbles to escape from molten glass bath.
Homogenization. Molten glass stays under stable high temperature for sufficient time. Diffusion effect eliminates composition striae and achieves uniform chemical property of glass liquid.

Gob Feeder
Precisely delivers uniform glass gob for forming machine. Adjustable shear angle from RH30 degree to LH90 degree, compatible with single gob double gob and triple gob working modes.
Glassware Press Machine
Hydraulic and pneumatic combined high performance press unit. Configurable 8‑24 work stations with single double or triple punch heads. Integrated mechanical electric and automatic control system for accurate mould forming of tableware glass.
Transfer Ware
Transfers hot finished glassware rapidly and steadily from press machine to cross conveyor to maintain continuous production rhythm.
Cross Conveyor
Installed before annealing lehr. Receives glass products from transfer ware and cooperates with stacker for automatic feeding.
Stacker
Automatically pushes glassware into annealing lehr. Pushing speed controlled by inverter, pushing times monitored by digital counter.
Annealing Lehr
Continuous tunnel‑type temperature control kiln. Relieves internal stress inside glass articles to guarantee finished product strength and anti‑break performance.
Packing Devices
