Dayang produce laminated glass by high quality adhesive interlayer and advanced bond technology. Tempered laminated glass is produced by adhering two or more pieces of tempered glass together by inyerlayer film like PVB/SGP/EVA. The interlayer film will continue to hold the glass together in the event that it is struck or dropped.
Tempered/ Toughened Laminated Glass is made by use two or more pieces of tempered glass and adhesive interlayer, the tow pieces of glass are bond together with advanced technology. After a PVB interlayer has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This makes the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer.

The laminated glass laminated room must be insulated, airtight and dust-free. Strictly control the temperature and humidity, the temperature should be in the range of 20±5℃, the humidity should be in the range of 22-28%, and the limit humidity should be ≤32%.

Production process
Packing & Delivery
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request. Shipping packaging and air packaging will be different, we will make corresponding adjustments according to the requirements of the logistics company.
