An acoustic booth serves a different purpose than a mere telephone booth. While open offices, or "open spaces," have gained popularity in workspace design, current research highlights the drawbacks of noise and lack of privacy inherent in this format. How can these challenges be addressed?
Enter the acoustic booth—a modern solution inspired by the classic enclosed telephone booths of the past. Once commonplace on city streets, these booths provided a private space for phone calls without the risk of eavesdropping. Today, engineers have adapted this concept to create soundproof capsules for office environments. These acoustic booths offer a sanctuary where employees can make important calls, conduct meetings, or work independently without distractions.
The interior of the acoustic cabin is designed with a focus on sound absorption and insulation. The materials used are in line with NSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC acoustic simulation design standards. 60% of the equivalent area of the cabin is covered with Polyester Fibers sound absorbers, ensuring a wide-band response for sound absorption.
- Special processes are applied to local materials to achieve a wide-band response, and 40% of the equivalent area integrates active reflected sound technology for enhanced sound insulation.

- The soundproof glass used in the cabin is a high-quality safety glass, similar to the glass used in train carriages to withstand high-speed operation noise. The choice of glass was confirmed after multiple physical inspections and comparisons, ensuring excellent sound insulation and safety.

- Damping foot pads are used in the cabin to prevent the sound bridge effect at the contact surface between the cabin and the building. These pads, combined with a contact-type suspension design, create an effective acoustic model for sound insulation and shock absorption. The suspension design also allows for adaptation to different ground conditions and provides benefits such as moisture resistance, dirt resistance, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The 8mm gap in the design facilitates easy relocation of the cabin.

- The cabin assembly features a lock assembly system that does not rely on traditional screws, nails, and glue. The assembly is achieved with a single 90° fastening lock, ensuring quick and easy installation.

- The cabin is equipped with a fresh air exhaust system that updates the air in the cabin every three minutes for optimal ventilation. The central lighting system uses 4000K natural light color temperature LED lights with 150Lsx lighting as standard, providing adequate illumination for normal use. The cabin is compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB power supply systems, making it suitable for use with mainstream domestic and foreign equipment. Additionally, the cabin features a modular digital intelligent audio system that meets various application demands such as mobile phone calls, audio and video conferencing, online office work, practice soundtracks, and film and television game sound amplification.

How long will it take to install the conference bay?
The time required to install a phone box of different sizes varies. Below are details about the installation times of our products.
- A single phone booth. Our phone boxes are designed in a modular manner, making installation very simple and convenient. For the two workers installing our products for the first time, the full installation takes about 30-40 minutes.

- A phone booth for two. Our two-person phone box is 500mm longer than the one-person phone box, but the depth is the same size as the one-person phone box, so the number of spare parts is the same. Again, for two workers, full installation takes about 35-45 minutes.

- Four-person phone box and six-person phone box. Because the volume of a four – or six-person phone booth is much larger than a single – or two-person phone booth, there are 1/3 more spare parts, but the installation method is exactly the same as that of a single – or two-person phone booth. A single phone booth. According to customer feedback, if three workers install our product for the first time, it will take 60-75 minutes.
