1. Modular carpet: non-fluidized butyl rubber is used as the base lining of the modular carpet, with a PE short fiber woven surface and a contact-type ABS overhead cushion. It is a material that does not absorb moisture in the cabin, resists mildew, and is easy to clean and maintain. According to the requirements, the material and application design of the modular carpet, an acoustic model of sound absorption, sound insulation and vibration reduction was successfully constructed.
2. Anti-wear exterior decoration: The cabin sound insulation panels are laminated with Korean-made nano-PP veneers that are friction-resistant, anti-pollution, anti-ultraviolet, fire-proof and moisture-proof. Colorful options can easily blend into the space.
3. External connection hole: When used in recording, live broadcast, sound control, and interpretation scenarios, the information connection requirements between cabin equipment and external equipment, the reserved hole for information docking ensures the foreseeable functional expansion of the cabin. Of course, when it is not needed, the information hole is mechanically closed to avoid the trouble of sound leakage.
4. Lighting: The cabin has a 4000K natural light color temperature LED central lighting system. The standard 1600Lsx lighting meets the needs of normal use. For professional lighting requirements, the cabin is preset with an expandable power supply.
