Silent cabin, also called soundproof cabin, as the name suggests, is a cabin that can perform sound insulation and noise reduction. Its principle is sound insulation, sound absorption and shock absorption, so that the outside sound cannot come in and the inside sound cannot go out, so that the indoor environment is in a harmonious state. In a quiet environment, there will be no sound defects such as echo when speaking inside. The practical and good-looking silent cabin, high-end appearance, excellent sound insulation effect and wide range of applications have also been recognized by many customers. After careful research and development in many aspects, 3 major highlights have been developed:
1. Sound insulation
We successfully used acoustic simulation design to accurately predict and achieve cabin sound insulation to prevent external sounds from entering, as well as cabin acoustic environment indicators to make indoor sound more uniform.
2.New style
The low-noise fresh air supply and exhaust system with labyrinth design reduces the sound interaction inside and outside the cabin, and at the same time updates the air in the cabin with three-minute operating efficiency, making the air in the cabin fresher, without depression, and without the feeling of hypoxia.
3.Lighting
A 4000K natural light color temperature LED central lighting system is adopted in the cabin. The standard 150Lsx lighting meets the needs of normal use. For professional lighting requirements, the cabin is preset with an expandable power supply.
4.220V Power
Compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB power supply systems, it conforms to the use of mainstream equipment and energy environments inside and outside the cabin, making it safer and more stable.
The ventilation system of the silent cabin is an important part of ensuring the air quality and comfort in the cabin. Here are some common ventilation system details:
Ventilation method: The ventilation system of the silent cabin usually adopts mechanical ventilation or natural ventilation. Mechanical ventilation introduces fresh air into the cabin through fans or fans and discharges dirty air; natural ventilation uses the temperature difference and air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cabin to achieve air exchange.
Air filtration: In order to improve air quality, air filters are usually installed in ventilation systems to filter out dust, pollen, bacteria and other pollutants in the air.
Airflow organization: Reasonable airflow organization can ensure even distribution of air in the cabin and good ventilation effect. The design of the ventilation system should consider factors such as the air inlet and outlet locations, wind speed and wind direction to avoid dead corners and air flow short circuits.
