Office pods are small, self-contained spaces designed for various purposes within an office environment. They are typically intended to provide a degree of privacy and focused work areas for individuals or small groups.
Office pods can come in different forms and with various features. Some are soundproofed to minimize noise distractions, allowing for confidential conversations or concentrated work. They might be equipped with comfortable seating, desks, lighting, and power outlets to facilitate productivity.
These pods can serve multiple functions. They can be used for private phone calls, video conferences, solo work that requires focus, or small team meetings. Office pods are often modular and can be easily integrated into existing office layouts without major renovations.
The interior of the acoustic cabin is designed with an emphasis on sound absorption and insulation. The materials utilized are in accordance with NSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC acoustic simulation design standards. 60% of the equivalent area of the cabin is covered with Polyester Fibers sound absorbers, guaranteeing a wide-band response for sound absorption.Special procedures are employed on local materials to achieve a wide-band response, and 40% of the equivalent area incorporates active reflected sound technology for enhanced sound insulation.
The soundproof glass utilized in the cabin is a high-quality safety glass, similar to that used in train carriages to withstand high-speed operation noise. The selection of the glass was confirmed after multiple physical inspections and comparisons, ensuring outstanding sound insulation and safety.
Damping foot pads are employed in the cabin to prevent the sound bridge effect at the contact surface between the cabin and the building. These pads, in combination with a contact-type suspension design, form an effective acoustic model for sound insulation and shock absorption. The suspension design also enables adaptation to different ground conditions and offers advantages such as moisture resistance, dirt resistance, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The 8mm gap in the design facilitates the effortless relocation of the cabin.
The cabin assembly incorporates a lock assembly system that does not depend on traditional screws, nails, and glue. The assembly is accomplished with a single 90° fastening lock, ensuring rapid and straightforward installation.
