Instrument Advantages

The EDX-9000TUR automatic sample-feeding energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is available in both helium-filled and vacuum configurations. Equipped with an automatic sample-feeding system capable of handling ≥10 samples, it is ideal for high-throughput sample testing, offering convenience and speed while significantly reducing labor and time requirements.

It features excellent stability, fast and accurate analysis, low operating costs, and easy operation and maintenance. It is suitable for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of various elements and can perform semi-quantitative detection of major, minor, trace, and ultra-trace elements in most sample types, including solids, granules, powders, fusible discs, films, and liquids.
