Blast Freezer

The blast freezer is a professional refrigeration device featuring high speed and low temperature. Its core function is to rapidly reduce the core temperature of food to below -45℃ (even -45℃ to -80℃) within a very short time, quickly passing through the dangerous temperature zone for bacterial reproduction (65℃ to 10℃), and locking in the moisture, nutrients, taste and shape of the ingredients to the greatest extent.

This series of blast freezers is high-efficiency low-temperature freezing equipment, widely applied to food quick-freezing and frozen storage scenarios.Our product range covers various types including vertical blast freezers, trolley blast freezers, direct cooling blast freezers and worktop blast freezers.It comes with three temperature grades: 0°C to -45°C, 0°C to -60°C and 0°C to -80°C, which can satisfy the precise low-temperature demands of different applications.
